Both harvested by hand, the olives are cold pressed in the traditional pink granite mills. We subsequently infuse the rosemary in this delicate extra virgin olive oil, this process captures the taste of rosemary and flatters our extra virgin olive oil.

PAIRING SUGGESTIONS: Sprinkle some rosemary oil over any meat or fish. Perfect to enhance meals that you would initially add fresh rosemary too.
