If you wish to return your order because you have changed your mind and no longer want your order please make sure to send back the bottles packed the same way you received them to avoid breaking during transport. We do not pay for the return of your products and kindly ask you to send us a tracking number to avoid products going missing.

Caviar Orders: We stand behind our products and will refund or replace if product arrives damaged due to delay. Returns are not accepted due to the perishable nature of the product.

We do not accept any open bottles or containers.

We ship most of our orders with Fedex Ground.

All Caviar Orders must be placed between Monday to Wednesday before 1PM EST to be processed for next day delivery. All orders received after 1PM on a Wednesday will be processed the following Monday. Being a perishable item, orders will be sent via Fedex Overnight.

All orders received before 1PM Eastern Time are processed and shipped the same day.

Depending on the delivery location shipping may be between 2-5 business days.

Due to shipping limitations, we are unable to ship packages for delivery on the following holidays or the day thereafter: New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas.

Please thoroughly examine your order upon receipt and inform us within 48 hours if any items are damaged or incorrect. We request you to provide photographic proof of any discrepancies or damage, which should be emailed to us at the following address:

You have the flexibility to cancel your order within 1 hour of placement by directly contacting us via email. If you need to make any changes to an order that has not yet been dispatched, we can accommodate modifications internally.

After the 1-hour window, orders may already be processed and on their way, limiting our ability to make changes.
